How Vórtice Handles Personal Data — what we collect, why we collect it, with whom we share it, and what you can request from us at any time.

Vórtice is a content portal: you read it—you don't create an account or send money here. We track our audience using Google Analytics on an aggregate basis, and we store your email address. just If you subscribe to the newsletter, we may display Google ads, which use cookies. 1.Who is responsible for your data?
The Vórtice (website Vórticeweb3.com) is the controller of the personal data processed on this website, pursuant to Article 5, VI, of Law No. 13,709/2018—the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Single point of contact for privacy matters, including the exercise of the rights provided for in Article 18 of the LGPD: contact@Vórticeweb3.com. This is the same contact information for the person in charge of data processing.
2.What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to the website Vórticeweb3.com and all of its pages. It explains what data is collected when you browse the site, what it is used for, with whom it is shared, and what you can request from us.
She no This applies to third-party services that the site mentions or links to—wallets, protocols, networks, decentralized exchanges, P2P platforms, games, NFT marketplaces, and the Discord platform itself. Each of these services has its own policy, and that policy applies once you leave this site.
3.What data does Vórtice collect?
Vórtice is a reading website: there is no registration, no login, no user area, and no financial transactions. In practice, the data boils down to three groups.
a) Browsing data (collected automatically)
- IP address (used in abbreviated form by Google Analytics, as described in Section 6) and approximate location information at the country, state, and city levels.
- Browser type and version, operating system, language, screen resolution, and whether the visit came from a mobile device or a computer.
- Pages visited, order and time of visits, reading time, and scroll depth.
- Source of traffic (search engine, social media, direct link).
- Interactions tracked by custom events: clicks to access Discord, opening wallet and tool tabs, clicks on news articles, exits to protocol websites, and terms entered in the internal search.
This data is processed in a aggregated and pseudonymized: They are used to understand what content is useful, not to identify you. Search terms are analyzed as a list of topics people are looking for—so please do not enter personal information in the search field.
b) Data you provide intentionally
- Email and, if you'd like to fill it out, name, when you sign up for the newsletter (see section 9). Your name is optional—you can still sign up without providing it.
- Message content, if you send an email to our contact address—including the address from which the message was sent.
c) Server access logs
The hosting provider maintains technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested resource), as is standard practice for any web server and as required by Article 15 of Law No. 12,965/2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet). These logs are maintained for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used to profile anyone.
What Vórtice Does NOT collect
We do not collect CPF numbers, ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers, bank information, credit card numbers, or any sensitive data as defined in Article 5, II, of the LGPD. We do not request and do not have access to wallet addresses, private keys, or recovery phrases (seeds). We do not connect wallets to the website—Vórtice does not have this feature.
4.Why We Process Each Piece of Data (Legal Bases)
Every data processing operation is based on a legal basis under Article 7 of the LGPD:

When consent is the basis, it is free, informed, and may be revoked at any time, at no cost and without affecting your access to the website's content.
5.Cookies and Similar Technologies
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Vórtice uses three categories:
- Strictly necessary — They keep the website running and are the bare minimum required. They cannot be turned off.
- Audience measurement — used by Google Analytics to distinguish one visit from another and count visitors without identifying them.
- Advertising — used by Google and its partners to display ads and limit the repetition of the same ad. They only come into play when advertising is active on the website.
You can control all of this through your browser: you can block cookies, delete the ones that have already been stored, or block only third-party cookies. Instructions can be found in the help section of the Chrome, from the Firefox, from the Safari and the Edge. Block tracking and advertising cookies no It doesn't pull any content from the web for you.
6.Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics 4, an audience measurement service provided by Google LLC, with the measurement ID G-TE0RNEP0ZB.
In GA4, the IP address is used for approximate geolocation and is neither stored nor recorded by the service. What we see are aggregated reports: how many people read a particular page, what region they came from, and how long they stayed. We cannot—and do not attempt to—link these reports to any specific individual. The data is retained for 14 months.
To avoid being tracked, install the official Google add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. How Google handles the data of users of partner services is described in policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
7.Advertising: Google AdSense and partners
Vórtice can display ads through the Google AdSense and partner networks. Here’s what you need to know about that:
- Third parties, including Google, use cookies to display ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies allows it and its partners to serve you ads based on those visits.
- You can Turn off personalized ads In Google Ads Settings: google.com/settings/ads.
- You can also disable third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info/choices and in optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Turn off personalization no makes the ads disappear: they become generic, not based on your history.
When third-party ad networks are used in addition to Google, they will be identified by name in this section, with links to the respective policies, so you can opt out directly with each one. As long as this list isn't available here, it means there are no other networks besides Google.

8.Affiliates and Sponsored Content
The Vórtice can maintain affiliate links — links that indicate the visit originated here and may earn you a commission if you sign up or use the service. You can also post sponsored content.
Two rules that always apply: Sponsored content is clearly identified on the page itself, and no items are added to or removed from the curated selection based on payment. Clicking an affiliate link does not change what you pay and does not transfer your personal data to the partner—all it does is record a visit coming from Vórtice.
9.Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we'll save the email address, the name (if you fill it out—the field is optional), the date and time of the registration, and the page from which it originated. The date and source are included for a specific reason: they serve as proof that you gave your consent, as required by the LGPD.
We use this email address exclusively to send the Vórtice newsletter. Never for sale, never for exchange, never for third-party advertising. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@Vórticeweb3.com — you’ll be removed immediately, no questions asked.
The list is in two places, and you deserve to know where they are: on our server, in an area of the disk that the web cannot reach, and on a Google Sheets restricted-access list used to organize shipments. The list is not public in either case, and it is not shared with third parties.
10.Discord Community
The Vórtice community operates in the Discord, which is a third-party service. When you sign up, you become a Discord user, and Discord's privacy policy governs your data there: discord.com/privacy.
On the Vórtice side, what we see is the same information that any server administrator sees: username, avatar, and public messages in the channels. The website displays only aggregate figures — total number of members and how many are online —, without any individual identification.
11.With whom is the data shared?
Vórtice does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Sharing is limited to what is necessary for the website to function:

In addition, data may be provided to authorities by court order or legal request, within the limits of the law.
12.International data transfer
Google, Discord, and the hosting infrastructure operate servers outside Brazil, which constitutes an international transfer (Articles 33 through 36 of the LGPD). These transfers are based on the contractual clauses and safeguards adopted by these providers and are limited to the purposes described in this policy.

14.Information Security
The website is powered entirely by HTTPS. The newsletter addresses are stored in an area of the server that is not accessible via the web; administrative access is restricted, and the data files are not published along with the website.
No system is completely secure, and it would be dishonest to promise otherwise. If a security incident occurs that poses a significant risk to your rights, we will notify you and the National Data Protection Authority, as required by Article 48 of the LGPD.
15.Your rights as a data subject
Article 18 of the LGPD guarantees you, free of charge and at any time:
- Confirmation whether or not we process your data.
- Access based on the data we have.
- Correction incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data.
- Portability to another supplier, in accordance with ANPD regulations.
- Elimination data processed based on your consent.
- Information about who we share your data with.
- Information on the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of doing so.
- Withdrawal of Consent, at any time.
- Opposition processing based on legitimate interest.
16.How to Exercise Your Rights
Write to contact@Vórticeweb3.com describing the request. We will respond within 15 days, as provided for in Article 19, II, of the LGPD.
We may ask for additional information to confirm that the request is yours—not to make things difficult, but to ensure we do not share one person’s information with another. If, for any reason, we are unable to comply, we will explain the reason in writing.
17.Children and adolescents
Vórtice focuses on decentralized finance and Not intended for children under 18. We do not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents, and we do not target advertising to this audience.
If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has submitted data to us, simply email contact@Vórticeweb3.com and we will delete the record immediately.
18.Links to third-party websites
The portal exists precisely to point you in the right direction: it contains links to protocols, wallets, networks, platforms, games, and news outlets. As soon as you click, you’re on another website, subject to a different privacy policy and liability. We recommend reading each service’s privacy policy before providing any data—and always checking the domain, because cloned websites are the most common scam in the industry.
19.Vórtice never asks for your private key
This isn't just a formality—it's the most important safety rule
Vórtice will never ask for your recovery phrase (seed), private key, wallet password, or any access code. We do not ask for this information via email, on Discord, through a form, or over the phone. Anyone or any website making such a request on behalf of Vórtice is running a scam. In this case, do not respond and let us know at contact@Vórticeweb3.com.
20.Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the website changes or when required by law. The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this page, and relevant changes will be announced on the website itself and, if you are subscribed, in the newsletter. Continuing to use the website after an update means that you have acknowledged the new version.
21.Applicable Laws and How to File a Complaint
The following laws apply: Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), Law No. 12,965/2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet), and Law No. 8,078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code) apply, as applicable.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority: gov.br/anpd. Before you do that, talk to us—it's faster, and we'll take care of it.
